So my weightloss story so far goes like this. Freshman year of high school rolls around and I have to take gym class. Half way through the year I hear in the locker room that the fattest kid in the class lost 11 los. at the time I was 230 Ibs at Git. I got worried I would soon be the fattest kid in class so I started to jog on the treadmill for 40 mins every weekday and diet. Over the course of 5 months lost 80 pounds and was at 150 at the beginning of 2020. I felt great for the first time in my life. Still kinda over weight though. I get lazy especialy in this pandemic sitting at home all day and am now back up 40 lbs at 190. This is why I am going back to lossing weight. Thank you if you read this all meme
